Prenatal Program with Doula Support Services
Melanie and Chantalle are our two trained Doulas who will be there for you throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth journey. Your Doula will work with you in creating your ideal birth vision, while giving you guidance & information to help you make informed decisions based on your wants and needs in your pregnancy & birth experience.
Descriptions of What’s Included in the Program:
**NEW** Prenatal Breath Coaching Workshop
With Melanie Ollivier
The Breath is the ONLY thing that is with you through your entire labour and birth experience. Everything else you use, will come and go as needed, but the breath will be with you through it all. You can use it on its own, as well as in conjunction with other tools, resources or pain medication. So we will be talking about everything from~ What, Where, Why, When, and How we can use this continuous internal resource.
WHAT the breath is doing inside the body
WHERE in the body we breathe.
WHY we use specific breathing techniques
And WHEN And HOW to use them.
When we give ourselves the knowledge and understanding of why we’re doing something and what is actually happening when we’re doing it, it creates empowerment. It actually allows us to get into a different mindset and embody the practice when we implement it, than the limiting space we would be in when we don’t understand the why or the what.

Prenatal Yoga Classes
With Melanie Ollivier
Combining Yoga, Movement, Breathwork & Pregnancy, Labour & Birth knowledge, Melanie will work with you through your pregnancy journey to help you prepare mentally, physically & emotionally for pregnancy, labour & birth. With the use of all these elements you will begin to find strength, confidence & a new sense of self power in this new chapter of your life. Take time to connect back to you & your body in this new pregnancy journey, while deepening your connection to this new creation inside of you.
Yoga - With the use of yoga, we can begin to increase our body awareness, mobility, strength & flexibility. You will learn yoga postures and transitions that work for you and your body. With the use of props and supports at any stage of pregnancy, find accessibility in every pose. Pregnancy is a time in our lives where we can gain real body awareness and learn to work with ourselves accommodating our continuously changing bodies in each stage of our pregnancy journey.
**Props supplied - Birth Ball, chair, blocks, strap, bolster, pillow, blanket
Body Movement - Get back in touch with your body and how it moves. Get comfortable and embrace your body and the way it's craving to move. Let the energy flow through you and allow your body to take over and move the way it wants. Tap into the lower centers of the body where your baby is being created, getting grounded and centered in that space.
Breathwork - Using a variety of Breathwork techniques, you will be able to understand what breathing techniques you need at any time in your life or pregnancy. Breathwork is a tool we can use to help relax into, or change whatever state we find ourselves in. It can be used to manage pain, reduce stress & tension, release built up emotions, increase energy, mental clarity & focus, relaxation & sleep, or increase performance.
Birth Knowledge - Throughout each class you will be given information, tips, tricks and tools for pregnancy, labour & birth. We will also go through birth plan options, as well as different props to assist you during labour & birth. You will be able to use this knowledge through your pregnancy, labour & birth journey for a better understanding of what you may be feeling & going through and to assist you at any stage.
Partner Labour Support Workshop
With Melanie Ollivier
In this workshop we start by going over the stages of labour and delivery, interventions, things to expect & birth plan options. We will also go through different props & items you can put together in a Birth Bag to support your labour and birth experience. You and your partner will learn hands on labour and birth support & coping techniques including creating a stress free atmosphere, various labour positions, assist props, massage techniques, and other tips, tricks & tools to help you navigate through the emotional and physical challenges of labour and birth. You will both leave feeling more confident, prepared & supported going into this amazing experience of labour & birth together.
Prenatal Breathwork

This prenatal breath class series is designed to give you knowledge, tools & techniques for breathing in pregnancy, labor & delivery. Utilizing a breathing practice during pregnancy, not only opens our breathing spaces and helps to improve circulation in both mother and baby, our breath supports us in whatever it is we are doing. Whether we are creating a deeper connection with baby, making movements during pregnancy easier, calming the nerves and giving you greater control of your breathing as you navigate through contractions during labour, or contributing to making pushing during delivery more effective, the breath is there to support you. Learn how to utilize this internal resource to take you through this amazing experience of pregnancy, labour & birth.
Prenatal Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop/Video Series
with Chantalle Cloutier BScN, RYT 200hr, PCES
I will be teaching you how to support your core and pelvic floor as your body changes throughout your pregnancy. We will dive into your posture, controlling your breath, how to support your pelvic floor, how to keep core strength as your abdominal muscles stretch, SPD/SI Joint pain, mobility/movement and exercise. Pelvic floor/pushing prep. Some expectations and considerations for you after your baby is born, c-section or vaginal birth.

Movement for Mamas
Ease back into movement and rebuild your body after baby! Whether you are newly postpartum, 20+ years postpartum, or maybe recovering and cleared to begin movement after abdominal surgery. This class is for you! Prenatal mamas are always welcome as well! This series is progressive with modifications to meet your body that day. Each class offers a combination of movement, mobility, yoga, and gentle exercise.
