Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga Classes

In Person Baby & Me Yoga classes are now open to any parent (mom, dad, aunt, uncle, or grandparent). Meet new parents and babies while allowing yourself some self care as well as time to bond with your baby through loving touch, sight, sound and movement.

Each class offers a nurturing, strengthening practice designed specifically for your postnatal body. We will strengthen posture, rebuild strength, relieve tension, relax & rejuvenate, and safely rebuild core strength.

Classes will mainly focus on mom but there will be special time to involve your baby with some massage, movement and in postures if mom and baby feel comfortable.

Not currently running this class. Chantalle is running a postpartum core & pelvic floor class that includes exercise, mobility and some yoga.

Baby & Me Yoga Video Series

1 Month Access - $35

In this series you will begin with in depth foundation videos, learning about your postpartum body; reestablishing an optimal breathing pattern, learn about your pelvic floor, what is diastasis recti and how to assess it, and finding optimal alignment with your posture. From here you will have 4 progressive yoga classes that allow you to put into practice what you have learnt.

You will then have access to additional mom and baby yoga videos to work through to continue building on your foundation.
