Prenatal Yoga

As you go through pregnancy, your body is changing constantly. We will begin to work with our bodies with increasing body awareness, mobility, strength & flexibility to accommodate where we are at during each stage in our journey. You will learn yoga postures and transitions that work for you and your body, and with the use of props & supports along with proper postural alignment, find accessibility in every pose in any trimester. With the use of Yoga, you will contribute to your body in staying healthy as well as prep your body and mind for labor and delivery.
