Chantalle is here to help support you during your pregnancy with the changes that are happening in your body. She will look at the whole picture and how you’re body is functioning together. Chantalle will give you the tools to work on supporting your core and pelvic floor, as your body continues to stretch and shift to accommodate your growing baby. Instability in our hips, back pain, pubic symphysis pain, pressure down on the pelvic floor, and pressure out through a diastasis recti (abdominal separation) are some of the main issues that may arise in pregnancy.
Chantalle uses yoga and corrective exercises to help build strength and stability. She will guide you and give you the knowledge to take control of your body. By starting here, you lay the foundation for your postpartum recovery.

Chantalle is here to help bridge the gap in your postpartum recovery between training and rehab.
